Among these measures is setting an MPIN and security questions to verify if the person trying to open the account is a legitimate user.
One downside to this app is that you can only register and activate a BPay account on one device at a time. That means that the app will be deregistered from the current device when you register it on a new one. You also have to go through the registration process again if you want to open the app on another device.
